Key Responsibilities:

·        Own the vendor relationships, ETL processes, schema, and data policies for databases supporting Client Experience functions

·        Develop comprehensive understanding of workflows, processes, and roles within CX and become a subject matter expert

·        Understand upstream and downstream processes relevant to area of expertise and minimize disruptions resulting from development projects

·        Continuously develop process improvements to reduce error rates and increase automation

·        Gather business requirements, build consensus on optimal solutions, and work actively with the end users and developers throughout the SDLC process with minimal supervision required

·        Design and transition databases/processes with minimal user interruption

·        Work with various data vendors to source data efficiently and accurately

·        Take ownership of immediate remediation and long-term solutions when data anomalies are identified


Key Skills:

·        Experience in the areas of Master Data Management, Reference Data, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Data Governance capabilities

·        Familiarity with SQL

·        Participate in an agile team, using Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence)

·        Self-motivated candidate who can work just as easily as an individual and as a team member

·        High attention to detail; Well-organized; Strong follow-up, critical thinking, and communication skills

·        Problem-solving and continuous improvement attitude


Desired Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

·        2-3+ years’ experience in analytically-focused field

·        Financial services industry experience highly desired

·        Working experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or related role

·        Experience with Salesforce, Access Data/Salesvision, and/or Marketo is a plus

·        Demonstrated sense of logic, creativity, decision making, and problem resolution

·        Technological acuteness, as demonstrated by understanding of database concepts and quick progress in learning new applications/software
